1. How does BookedUp.co.za help my business?
BookedUp automates your appointment scheduling, reducing no-shows with automated reminders and confirmations. It streamlines bookings, payments, and customer management—all in one platform.
2. Does BookedUp send automatic reminders to clients?
Absolutely! Our Workflow module sends automated email and SMS reminders to both clients and staff, ensuring no missed appointments.
3. Are there standard fees?
Yes. there are transaction Fees. A standard transaction fee of 6.5% + R2 applies to all payments processed through our platform. This fee is automatically deducted from the total transaction amount before payout. Payout Schedule Payouts are processed every Monday for transactions made from the previous Saturday to Friday. Funds will be transferred to your registered bank account and may take up to a day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. For example: Transactions from Saturday, 3rd – Friday, 9th will be paid on Monday, 12th. The amount transferred will be net of the transaction fees.
